Formula one employees and their families were taken to Silverstone for a VIP day. We saw the pit stops, history museum and souvenir shops. We were given technical talks, a presentation from the CEO and a raffle which raised £4,000 for Great Ormand Street Hospital for children.
We were given free food and soft drinks ( bar was also available to buy drinks), unfortunately the queues for these were very long. Two more venues were opened to us who helped.
The day was interesting but not as well organised as it could have been. This resulted in walking back and forth between even which was tiring for the young children and older relatives. The track tour which we wanted to do couldn't be done because it was started too late to be back in time for the coach home, unfortunately. It was warm and humid and we all could have done with free cold water, especially during the pit stop walk.

Ticket department is the absolute worst, signed up for email reminder when 2023 Canadian GP was going on sale, well I received the email 5hrs after tickets went on sale, and nothing available sold out……THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!
Been to many GP’s under bernie no problems, Liberty takes over, its just about entertainment NOT racing
