At the time of purchasing my property before I was put in contact with Alex I had a horrific experience with my previous broker, Alex & Fortitude not only saved me losing my property and they made the entire process and transaction easy, smooth and effortless for me. 6 months ago when I proposed to my wife we were unsure of what we were going to do when we got married. We made the decision to buy our first house and get on the ladder.

While we were discussing mortgages and what our options were, we were referred to Alex. We approached him with how much we were looking to borrow and when we were looking to make this all happen.

Alex sat down with us, discussed our options for what types of houses to buy or avoid, worked out how much money it would ideally take to make our dream a reality. He provided us with a fact finding document to evidence our earnings and affordability which he then used to give us a list of options. He gave us recommendations on which mortgages were worth taking and even talked to us about other options like life insurance and other services.

Alex really took the time to understand us and our needs and settle our minds about the decisions we would have to make. He has been with us through every step of the way encouraging us and supporting our house choice.

Here we are now, married and in our first house amid the whole covid crisis. Happy and grateful for everything he has done to make this dream our reality.
