It was purely by chance I met Gus from Four Elements. He left information for me at my home and we met soon after. I was initially skeptical but after Gus and Cameron explained the process I felt very comfortable. They did all the work contacting my insurance company. Throughout the process both the field contacts and the office staff kept me up to date with all steps of the process they were able to fix my roof and were just a real pleasure to work with. We were blown away with the extent Four Elements took for us to assess our damages and fight for us when our insurance company initially denied our claim. Through their tireless scrutiny and work, our claim was reassessed, and we received full coverage for our roof and gutter damage! It was a process, and they did all the work on our behalf. I had the best experience with Matt from Four Elements. He is the most honest, hardworking adjuster in Chicago! His team worked with my insurance company and I was approved for a new roof on my house, garage and was able to reallocate funds to get new gutters too. My gutter downspouts were tricky as they crossed over a walkway but Matt met with custom gutter experts to determine the best solution! You can’t go wrong with this team, their customer service is top notch, Matt genuinely cares about your happiness and he ensures delivery of excellent work.

This was my very first time ever putting on a roof and I was very nervous about the whole process. Four Elements staff were very patient, kind and considerate with me. They walked me through the whole process step by step and told me what to prepare for next, from dealing with the adjuster, the claim specialist, to the city, to the roofing material to the life expectancy of the roof to the final product. They made it soo easy for me and It was Awesome!!! Much love to Gus, Athan, Tanya and the whole crew that put on the new roof for me in one day. Four Elements Adjusters are top notch. From the very beginning of the process, Athan took excellent care of us. Communication is key in any big project like this and we hit the jackpot with him and his incredibly talented, hardworking team. They were able to get the new roof completed in one day along with a new skylight and gutters!
