Despite initial uncertainty about getting help from an advisor, we are so very glad we did and grateful to the team for their support in organising everything, from a mortgage to home insurance, will a will writing provider to life insurance.

For viewing properties, we ended up seeing a number with the same agent and despite us having a (what became notorious) list of detailed questions, we were never made to feel like any question was too silly or small to ask. It was clear that he had done his research and knew the properties well.

Millie was a really friendly, helpful and supportive guide on our journey to buying our house in Amesbury.

She was always willing to arrange additional viewings with us before we decided to buy and we were never rushed around the property as we unfortunately had been with other local estate agents, which put us off.

Buying a house is the biggest purchase most people make in their lives, and other local estate agents practically dragged us around other viewings impatiently in a mad rush to get to their next appointment (at one such appointment I timed our viewing as only being allowed to last 4.25 minutes!).

We are due to complete on our first ever house purchase this week and fox and sons have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Having viewed and attempted to buy a few times over the last few years, we are well versed in the pushy style of other firms and have been nervous of the buying process falling through as it has done on previous properties.

From the get go, fox and sons amesbury have been way above any agents we have viewed with in the past. Courtney was relaxed, friendly and informative, allowing a comfortable and unrushed viewing of the property. We took their advice and chose to use the all in services package with sequence/ fox and sons and this has enabled us to step away from a lot of the chasing and allow the different agents to communicate effectively with each other.

My husband's working schedule has meant he was unable to visit the property before putting an offer in. HOWEVER: fox and sons have a fantastic video walk round of the property where you can click through the whole building and outside space from different angles. This is accurate and not exaggerated with fish eye lenses etc. This addition enabled my husband to be able to look around the property and discuss it with me and meant we were able to put an offer in without delay. Without this we would not have been able to offer before someone else did. This tool is incredible and such a plus point. It's also meant I can wistfully 'walk around' the property and plan our layouts before completion.

Amy has been incredibly informative and reassuring and speaks to you like you're her only client and nothing is a bother. There were issues further up the chain but she explained and reassured us knowing we were nervous as having been burned before with chains failing.

Courtney and Amy are an absolute pleasure and I am so happy that we have been fortunate enought to buy through Fox and Sons amesbury. They will be our go to if we ever decide to sell. Customers for life!
