Worst customers services. Very unhelpful!
Moved to Florida the frist of the month, call there customers services to update our information and let them know we had moved. Never said anything about having to get a new policy said we were good and they took our payment on the 13th. Went to get new plates for our cars DVM told us we need FL insurance. Called frames back they said we had to pay $261 For a new policy and they could not use the 181 we already paid, but they could send us a refund.. soooooo stupid!!
