Had a large (thousands of pounds) debt that I honestly didn't expect to ever see again. Frank Whitworths did however, for four years, doggedly pursue the debt (and other debts owed by the same individual) and finally returned, not just the money but interest too! It took a long time but that isn't the fault of the company - it is the fault of the character that was trying to avoid paying. Would use the company again. They did what they claimed they would do and kept at it until the matter was resolved.
