We could not recommend Steven Chan enough!
He is such a friendly person but yet so professional, his knowledge and experience in this field shows.
He responds to your emails/calls very quickly and will answer any questions that you have and will take the time to explain things.
His plans/calcs are thorough and detailed, even his fee is super competitive!
If you need help with any building project small or large, Steven is the one to call.
We are thankful for his help with our project and we would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an engineer.

From the initial contact, which was very speedy, to the finished figures and drawings Steven was at all times friendly, professional and his experience helped us considerably. His suggestions re change of layout led to a much better end product.
