I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Anna from this company. Over a period of 9 months, we met face to face to discuss inheritance tax planning, and were promised specific information in relation to this. Despite numerous telephone calls, I felt we were repeatedly fobbed off, and given hollow promises and reassurances. In the end, no information was provided. Extremely poor communication and overall service. I would very strongly advise anyone to avoid dealing with Anna at this company.

In response to the comments made by the company to my original review, I would like to add the following:
As you have stated I met Anna and the other accountant in August 2024. I was asked to provide a copy of my tax return. This was emailed to your office the next day. Having received no acknowledgement, I sent it again about 3 weeks later. As I still didn't receive acknowledgement, my Mother rang the office, who then CONFIRMED RECEIPT of the document I emailed. I have evidence of this in my sent emails, with dates sent. I will send these to your office separately.
Subsequently, we were told to wait until after the budget, so that the impact/effect of this could be considered.
We heard nothing further from Anna in November, December, January or February.
My Mother rang again in March, and we both spoke to Anna on the phone. Excuses for the lack of response and progress with this mostly related to the recent office move, but it was apparent that Anna was caught 'on the hop ' and embarrassed at being confronted. She again assured us she would speak with her colleague who specialises in this area and get back to my Mother.... she never did, and hence my negative review here.
The comments you have made in relation to my not providing the requested documents are entirely false.

We have used Frost for a number of years and they have been very helpful. We did ask lots of basic questions at first and all got answered.

We also used an accounting system they had not used, which they took onboard and worked with.

Great stuff.
