I have a customer who has been pursued for over a year by a company working on behalf of FRP, for a 'debt' they say is owed, but which I have proven was not the responsibility of my client.
I spoke to FRP several weeks ago and was told they looked into each case on an individual basis, and emailed in evidence that their case was wrong.
Despite several calls and emails later, they haven't even bothered to make contact and put the customer our of his agony.
Shockingly bad.
