The car has been faultless & following purchase it has done 10k trouble free miles with a 6 month trip/extended holiday to the South of France & blast to Le Mans Classic. Can’t recommend FTR Performance enough… I dealt with Greg who was extremely helpful… but not pushy and made it possible for me to get my amazing car.

From the first contact until the last Greg was extremely professional and kept me up to date of what was going on and the timescale to receive my new vehicle.

The vehicle was absolutely immaculate inside and out and a full service and MOT was carried out before receiving the vehicle.

The vehicle was even delivered to my home address by a really nice driver who was also very friendly and professional.

FTR Performance was brilliant from start to finish. Their knowledge and customer care were absolutely outstanding. Due to being too far away to view the Jaguar XE R-Sport that I now own, I put all my trust in them to assure me that I was purchasing a good, working, and presentable vehicle—and they did exactly that!

All my queries and questions were answered promptly. After traveling via train, Greg took it upon himself to personally pick me up from Luton—now that’s top-class customer service! If I’m ever in need of another car in the future, I will definitely be contacting FTR Performance again.

Firstly I would like to sincerely apologise to Greg for messing him around and having a wobble, over a car I chose from FTR Performance. This was literally because I wanted lower milage and nothing to do with the car, which looked immaculate in the pictures.

The service I received from him was amazing and Greg answering all my questions, calls and emails promptly. Nothing has been to much trouble and he even offered to pick me up at the station, on my arranged date.

Over the years, I’ve bought many many cars from all over the UK and this was no different. I was selling my Audi A5 Sportsback and was on the hunt for a replacement. I eventually spotted my now new pride and joy, a Mercedes E400D Coupe with only 27k, and decided after reviewing the car decided to call FTR Performance. I dealt with Greg from start to finish and he was the best. I live almost 600 miles from Dunstable so it was a blind sale, but Greg explained the car down to a tee and we struck a deal over the phone. Couple of EasyJet tickets later at £14 from Inverness to Luton, we hopped in a taxi to collect. Once meeting Greg, we had a thorough look over the car and a quick drive of the car. Sorted all the finance and paperwork and off we went with our new car. It drove flawlessly. During the drive home I noticed a weird sound and contacted Greg, who didn’t hesitate to cover the cost of the diagnosis and repair via the excellent 3 month warranty that comes with every car. I can’t thank Greg and his team enough for all their time and effort into delivering me this dream car.
You are an absolute gentleman Greg and both Donna and I can’t thank you enough.
I thoroughly recommend this garage to everyone as they are without doubt the best garage I’ve dealt with….
