Phone call to say I had insured with them .i was informed I'd taken out this policy January 2021and paid £140 this is a LIE as I checked with the bank I said I did not and I had no policy documents I was told they had been sent. She said I had to pay £198 for next 3 years. I said I have never insured with them and would not be paying she informed me there was a cancelling fee of £84. Please be aware THIS IS A SCAM as per previous reviews this co only started training July 2021

Total and utter scam. They have tried to scam my mum, but luckily she has me to deal with things. Just to let people know unless you have made a payment to them there is no contract as they state. Stand your ground and tell them you want everything in writing. Months later I'm still waiting for documents to be sent.

There are other numbers and companies who ring up with a similar "speil". Stand firm and tell them you're reporting them to Action Fraud. I've reported this company, the more they're reported, the more Action Fraud have to go on.

Be careful. This is a scam company. They tried to tell an 83 year old, confused lady that she owed them £190 for a policy with them for home contents cover. This was a lie. She paid for her home contents cover in July to a legitimate company. They told her she had been using their policy for 6 years. Another lie, this company has only been registered for a year. BEWARE

Tried to say my wife had agreed to a 5 yr policy in 2020 and now wanted £190 for an extra 3 yrs. Refused to pay as this is a scam I believe. I am not the only 1 either. They have said they are sending this to their legal department. Funny thing is that they say my wife took the policy out in 2020 but the company was only registered for 1 year ago in July 2021. Beware!!

Absolutely disgusted that this so called company can get away with harassing elderly, vulnerable and lonely people. Do they have any scruples? NO! I have had my mum in an absolute state crying down the phone after receiving a call from a nasty rude man!!! Scammers! Disgusting! I hope no one is taken in by these liars! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR INFO!!!

These people have tried to scam my elderly mother twice now in the last 2 months. Luckily I was there as they knew her last digits on her bank card and other details. The guy calling himself Ben Clark even had the audacity to call back even after my brother told him where to go!

Please, please please DO NOT believe a word these people say !! If you have elderly relatives please warn them this is a SCAM !! They ring and say you took out a policy with them and you owe them money. I checked my bank and I've never had a policy with them. Disgusting people.
