I had a terrible experience at the Furla shop earlier today. Despite my attempts to communicate in English, one of the salespeople insisted on speaking to me in Mandarin, seemingly assuming that I was from the same country based solely on my Asian appearance. I found it quite frustrating, especially when she displayed dissatisfaction when I responded in English.

To add to my disappointment, when I went to pay at the till, the manager placed a seemingly "broken" packing bag into my shopping bag, claiming it was an extra gift for me. Just 10 seconds before, I had witnessed the manager instructing a colleague to discard the same bag as it couldn't be tied properly. It was clear that the manager was trying to pass off the trash as a special gift to me, which left me feeling completely annoyed.

Overall, my experience at the Furla shop was surprisingly bad. The discriminating, annoying and disrespectful services are the worst ones I have ever received.

The shop assistant were not polite.
Also the shop does not allow you to return the items and receive a refund. Probably they never heard of The Consumer Rights Act 2015, which tells you a lot about the product quality in the first place

Great range of items and super friendly staff! Lara was phenomenal, she took time to chat to me, understand what I’m looking for and gave many suggestions. It was raining and they gave me covers for all my bags. Great experience and fun purchases!

Bad customer service. When I was trying to give my feedback about how misleading their discount signs are the girl responded "I don't make the rules, I just work here"; "so do you want to buy it or not" and, "others don't seem to care"! I bought the bag just because I liked it and needed it but I was very close to give up on my purchase. I don't understand how she was hired to be the first person who comes in contact with the customers; to be basically the image of a brand with this attitude. I am local but will I ever return to the shop? NO, thanks!

Staff were rude, unhelpful and impatient which made us feel not welcomed. When we asked if one of the products was available in another colour, the staff responded by shaking his head and no verbal response. The experience felt rushed. When we politely mentioned this to one of the staff, this was merely acknowledged without real concern of our feedback. Happy with the purchase but the experience is off putting.
