This is going to be a long winded review but, I contacted Baxters after someone crashed into my car while I was in work.

Having absolutely no idea what to do or where to start G Baxter auto bodies were recommended to me and I am so pleased they were. I received 3/4 different quotes from different garages, after receiving these quotes, if baxters were the most expensive (Which they were actually the cheapest considering the damage that was caused!) I would have still chosen them to look after me and my car.

From the first contact with the garage I felt at ease and knew me and my car would be looked after. Compared to the other garages who made me feel like they just wanted my money and that was it, the customer service was second to none at Baxters.

A special mention to Gary, Kerry and the young lad that first seen to me when I come to the garage for a quote you have all been amazing and I couldn’t thank you all enough. They booked me in within around 2/3 weeks of me contacting them and kept me informed all the way through and even liaised with the man that crashed into my car so I didn’t have to.

My car literally looks like nothing ever happened to it and better than what it did before it was even crashed into!😂

I have no hesitation at all recommending G Baxter Auto Bodies and this will be the garage I use personally should I ever need to again.

Took on a job to fix my sill and both doors after going along a trolly bay, which a few other repair shops said was too big a job. Looks good as new and price was less than we were expecting! (can't find the before pic, but it wasn't great looking 😅)

Absolutely lovely people too! held my baby in the reception and wiped baby sick off my shoulder 😅 and dropped the car off to make my life easier 🥰

Took my RX7 to have some side skirts painted and fitted. Gary and the team were excellent from start to finish.

Explained exactly what they would have to do to make the skirts fit right. It was also encouraging that Gary was on the same wavelength as me and wanted to avoid unnecessary screwing/drilling due to the risk of future rust.

They were also really understanding, patient with my awkward car.

Overall really pleased with the quality of the fitting and painting. Will be back if they will have me and my stupid car.

Fantastic repair thanks to Kerry and the body shop repair team, extremely happy, and a very competitive cost for the repair.

This is the place the car mechanics' across the North East take their cars to be fixed when body work is dented through small shunts or collisions. It is also the place some insurance companies insist you go to for body work repairs. It's fairly priced and there are good people in here who do the right thing and do it properly.
