Do not trust them. Do not have discussions via phone call, ensure all correspondence is in writing.
They lie through their teeth on the phone and then send out letter which do not correspond with the call.
They increase admin charges without notification.
I have been asking to close my account for 3 months on 8 separate occasions and they still say they have not had my request.
Just stay clear of them, there are many real professionals out there. GW staff are very inexperienced and poorly educated.

This company are amazing, everyone I've spoken to has been fantastic, literally got a scary letter through my door and within the same day of notifying them they had acted on my behalf then kept me updated, top quality service!

Amazing company. Have helped me so much over the past couple of years.
All my debt has now been paid by the help of GW finance. Every phone call has been pleasant and they are always very helpful. Lovely understanding people. Have never had a bad phone call or interaction with them. Thank you!

Not bad service Overall etc Very well organised and fast response. But after a year of paying Few service I wish I signed with different company etc. They kept in touch and asked if situation changed to let them know. Well once I told them they quickly cancelled DMP and passed me to another company. Crazy well DMP is something many companies offer for free just avoid GW FINANCE etc. I wish I should cleated all debt while with them as they trap you in monthly payments for 3 or more years. Take my advice sign up to free services pay what you can afford open separate account save and clear your debt early.
