The roof of our house was hit by a sainsburys van whilst delivering to our neighbour. Sainsburys told us to email all the information to their insurance company (gallagher bassett) which we did weeks ago. Had one reply asking the date of the accident which I replied immediately. Since then I've sent numerous emails with no answer and they only have a voice machine where you can't leave a message over the phone. Infuriating company to deal with.
I will not give up .

My car was hit by one of there Hire company partners
It took up to 10 day to get me into a hire vehicleThen wouldn’t repair my car at dealers because the price was too expensive the only Solution was either repair my car with the poor customer service garage or to return the vehicle and take it with the solicitor.
They have returned my car and stuff was taking out of it which means that (RS motors staff have stolen my personal Belongings) from my glove box!!!!

I have been chasing this company for quite a while now. Very unhelpful customer service, I keep being palmed off every week with the same response with the latest bit of advice being "Get a solicitor if you don't wan't to wait"
