From my first meeting with Ben Spence I felt reassured and relieved. He quickly understood my financial needs both short term and long term He consulted me about every decision made and explained clearly and patiently what was involved. He continues to be easily available for any advice I may need and is his usual warm and friendly self whenever I speak with him. I live abroad and was concerned about making voluntary pension contributions before the deadline on 5th April 2025. It's tough doing that from Spain so I called Ben Spence (who was recommended to me) to see if he could help. Even though there was no fee in it for him, Ben was really understanding and helpful and gave me around 10 minutes of his time finding information, phone numbers, etc,. Very much appreciated Ben.
