Incorrect mortgage advice meant that we almost lost out on moving house. We were told by Mr Mole that we were unable to get a mortgage for the value we needed. This information was entirely incorrect. We got a second opinion from another financial advisor who said that we should not have been given such poor advice and it amounts to professional negligence. Not to mention the emotional stress caused.
