I was put in contact with David to organise releasing capital from my home recently. The process was very smooth & tied up a lot quicker than expected. Initial contact made on Tuesday and by Friday I was in contact with a solicitor tying the deal up. Luisa was also very efficient in gathering all the info needed & on the ball throughout the whole process. Only been through this process a few times but previous dealings with local companies had dragged on for weeks. Very professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend.
