I have no business dealings with gautlet group, what i know about this company. They have no morals This company is a broker for large corporations like ARC FYLDE COAST REPAIR. My car was damaged in the workshop. We instructed an independent engineer to look over the damaged headlight, he agreed after looking at the evidence eg photos ARC was at fault and should repair my light. ARC agreed to repair the light in feb and ordered it, ARC are covered by insurance for accidents like this ( gautlet ) . And this is where gautlet come into it. gautlet instructed ARC to send the light back as they would not get paid out for it, they told them to cut contact with myself, this company obviously has no morals i have attached photos of damage. The first photo was when my car was dropped off to their client the second photo is when my car was collected with a broken headlight totalling over £2000. My headlight housing was cracked and condensation build up causing the light to stop working. If your reading this Do yourself a favour and find a company to work with that has morals, the shoe could always be on the other foot. Consumers act 2015

Based on our experience we advise that you do not ever do business with this company. Our company paid for a cyber insurance policy. They failed to incept the policy with Hiscox despite receiving payment of the premium from us. We discovered this a year later when we came to renew via a different broker the Hiscox policy. Then when we raised this they initially stated that the policy was live. Having finally accepted the error they offered to simply refund the premium 15 months after receiving payment from us. Then when we make an official complaint to Financial Ombudsmen they failed to pay the interest amount awarded. The "service" we experienced from them has been nothing less than disgraceful for a very simple insurance policy request and we suggest you use a broker who is capable of fulfilling their responsibilities.
