Highly recommend! As first time buyers we really didnt know much about mortgages or how to even start the process! Gavin was so helpful from start to finish, He gave us relevant useful information not reels and reels of paperwork to read through like halifax! He got us the best deal on the market. Wish I could give a no star review if you want financial ruin go to Gavin. It's a long mess of a story so I'll try to make it short. I went as a first time buyer to ask about a property for auction Gavin said he and his solicitor would look into it. They both gave the property the go ahead. I put down over 8k. Skip forward deadline is 2 days away I heard nothing from Gavin turns out the property was un mortgageable. When you go to auction if the mortgage drops thru you lose your deposit and if the property go's back to auction you pay fee's and if the house sells for less than I agreed I have to pay the difference. Gavin wiped his hands of me and left me to the dogs I couldn't get in touch with him if anyone rang him he said I don't want anything to do with it.
