Wow — I don’t know where to start! Exceptional service from start to finish.

I first contacted Geoff after a recommendation from someone I know in the building trade. From the outset, Geoff was friendly, informative, and clear in explaining the process — including when, why, and which type of survey was required, and how it should be tailored to suit the specific age and type of building.

Once a date and time were agreed, Geoff met me at the property to carry out the survey. The process took around two hours, during which he went room by room, both internally and externally, answering any questions I had and providing a clear analysis of visible issues along with practical advice on how to address or diagnose them.

Less than a week later, I received a detailed report on the property. It was clear, concise, and well-presented, covering every aspect thoroughly.

Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Geoff to anyone considering purchasing a property. Rather than leaving things to chance, Geoff provided real peace of mind through his detailed and professional survey.
