They serviced my mobility scooter last week. I was getting worried about it's reliability and had little confidence if I took it out I would get home.
The manager was very helpful over the phone and explained everything very clearly so I knew exactly what was happening.
The engineer came the following day as arranged and did a good job. I needed new wheels and batteries, they quoted me a price, ordered and installed them with only the cost of the parts. There was no second call out fee!
The engineer fitted the replacements and gave it a spin. My scooter is now quicker and my confidence in it is 100%.

Went here and got to say from the moment I called they were really helpful unlike some other places that won't do anything for you unless you physically go into the store.

Haven't placed order yet but once the few last bit of paperwork is sorted I shall be.

If there is anything I had to say that was negative about it, it is the consultation area which was just in the reception which just had a whole bunch of chairs kind of just placed there. It wasn't a bother to me as such because I had already made my mind up what I wanted but if I were going there to find the right model I probably would have felt a bit...."Is that it?"!

As I say I haven't actually given them the nod on this order yet so I will be revisiting this review again in a few weeks.

Needed help with the brake on wheelchair brake, it had lost a nut. But needed it fixed urgently as husband in hospital needed it for getting about. A very kind man fixed it for me in minutes. Got some further advice on mobility chairs/scooters etc. would highly recommend them, for help, advice, repairs, sales etc

My wheelchair got mangled on a plane trip. By the time I got home Dan Craigs had sorted out a quote for the insurance, got it approved by the person liable and the wheels arrived the day I got home. When another part turned out to have been mis identified by Ti Lite he sorted out the correct part which I got an fitted this week. Stunning customer service.

The only company that was able to resolve the issue with my daughter's 6K wheelchair. They are my goto company for any issues/servicing. Staff are competent, polite and will get things organised themselves with the relevant parties e.g. school, college to get appointments made etc. They keep me informed with the way I want i.e they listen and pay attention. Great company and people.

Hmmm...Altho the sign outside says you can be seen by appointment only on Saturday, we were only reluctantly accepted in on a weekday. We wanted a cheap, basic chair for elderly mother. Very little helpful advice given, felt we were entirely on our own. My father's not unreasonable query as to how exactly power assisted chairs work (how the wheels link up to the motor) was met with a bemused "well, you press the button." Having been shown a few costly options (no opinion as to whether they'd suit OUR needs - "well, you COULD have that. Or that..No suggestion that we could try chair outside for a real feel. Having found a wheelchair (£500) and been quoted an additional £600 for power assisted, I pinned salesman down "So it's about £1100 all in?" He agreed. Father (not hearing) asked him "So how much is it altogether?" "£2000" he replied. !!!!!The best help received was actually from a friendly customer in a wheelchair, who had MUCH more useful input than the salesman.We went on to the million times better "Mobility Centre" (6 Bessemer Cres) and got BRILLIANT service & purchased item there and then! (And HUGELY cheaper!!) Salesman there actually explained (losing a possible sale through hiis honesty) power assisted inadvisable for us as it'd make collapsing chair really tricky. Thank heavens we didnt succumb to Gerald Simonds !!
