NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. It was a complete WASTE OF TIME dealing with Ulrich. He charged us a lot upfront but didn't achieve anything in the past few months. It almost made our house purchase fall apart. Right from the beginning, he didn't seem to know what he was doing when sending our application to lenders. There were constant delays, and he often ignored our calls and emails. Even though he said he was working on it, we didn't see any progress.

On top of that, he was RUDE and didn't listen to us during conversations. It was disappointing. Surprisingly, he went ahead with our application WITHOUT asking us first. We had no idea what was happening until the lender approved it, too late for us to change anything. As a broker, he should have compared different lenders, but he didn't do that at all.

When we asked for advice on lower interest rates, he ignored us and did his own thing. It's unbelievable that such UNPROFESSIONAL behavior is accepted in this industry. STAY AWAY from Ulrich if you don't want to waste your time, money, and peace of mind.
