A few days in the South of France were fabulous. I applied to Get Going as I have some medical conditions despite feeling very healthy. The service was very quick and efficient with plenty of straight forward information and quickly put my mind to rest regarding the required cover. This isn't just belong to this company, star rating isn't relevant. Can someone explain, if i am not going to do one of the listed ( see picture)DON'T DO's that cancels the cover, why would I purchase a travel insurance? What's the insurance companies expecting from the travellers? Don't go out of your hotel room? Isn't this ridiculous?

Good value holiday travel insurance for me and my husband who both have long term health conditions. Thankfully we haven't had to make a claim up to now but it is reassuring to have good cover at such an affordable price. It's easy to buy online and when I needed to contact Get Going by phone the staff were helpful, polite and very friendly. I would and indeed have recommended Get Going Travel insurance to friends and family.

I use get going as i’ve had a kidney transplant and they offer insurance at a reasonable cost. During a recent holiday my 1 year old child fell with rotavirus despite being vaccinated as recommended, and needed to be hospitalised. The insurance company were generally very efficient and helpful. The only feedback i would give is that the case was passed to an underwriter to review and this caused significant delays to our child’s discharge. When I rang to find out why there was a delay we were informed that gastroenteritis in a 1 year old due to rotavirus should have been automatically approved. We were offered an apology and the insurance company did contact the hospital immediately and we were subsequently released, so no major complaints, I would just suggest future vigilance with things like this. However, all in all very happy with the service and I definitely feel that they helped us to navigate a very stressful and horrible situation. Thank you

Nice to get a welcome home email and a discount for the next trip.
I've used Get Going for myself and my husband for two trips now, one to the USA and one to Berlin with no problems and a great price for both trips. Will most definitely use again for our next trip abroad.

Quite honestly don't waste your money with this insurance company they won't pay out even if you have a legitimate claim not even for £20.
The policy quite clearly states delays of over 12 hours pays out £10 .my wife and I were delayed 13 hours . Its not the money its the principle, would it be the same outcome if you had a more serious claim. I won't put my trust in them again
