Great service from GJW. Good value on a new policy for a 29er . Quick response to settle our first claim all by email. Within a day or two of supplying pictures of the damage and replacement quotes, we received a decision and parts were supplied a few days later . The boys were back on the water with minimal disruption

Very disappointed with my experience from a well established firm who I have used for several boats over the years.
Having the unfortunate task of claiming for the first time after being hit by a third party, the lack of support, empathy and rudeness of staff at the Liverpool office left me speechless to say the least. I had a better response form the third parties insurers!
Although I must give credit to Karen at the GJW swanwick office, who does go above and beyond to help and offer a top level of service that you would expect from any customer facing provider. Her professionalism certainly didn't go unnoticed.
Certainly will avoid for future reference.

We have been with GJW for several years and always been lucky to not need to use our insurance on any of our dinghies. Unfortunately, someone's mast came down onto our Dart 16 during a storm and damaged the mast. Jeremy at GJW could not have been more helpful in explaining the process and helping with the claim. Called into office after putting deposit on my ‘ new’ yacht.
Staff could not have more helpful and the price was very competitive and cheaper than some internet only sites.
Plus they are part of one of the biggest insurers in the world.
