I spoke with Mark and must say that the customer service provided was exceptional, I am equally impressed with the online service available. My cleaners damaged a piece of furniture. I went through all the correct procedures only to be told that they wouldn't accept liability and that the matter was closed. Appalling and dishonest. I was only claiming for around £70 too.
