Brilliant service from start to finish in a recent car insurance claim. Flawless service, money for written off car in the account 6 days after putting the claim in. Everyone I have spoken to in this company has been knowledgeable, professional and polite. Amazing.

After being a loyal customer for nearly 7 years (1 month away from 7 years), I called to add my husband as a named driver to my existing policy. My premium was roughly £60 per month, I had never had to make a claim before, and my vehicle is in good working order. I was then told they would need to take this request to the underwriters and would get back to me whenever. Well, I was absolutely not ready for them to try to swindle £300 out of me to add my husband to my existing policy for 24 DAYS until my policy was up for renewal. Needless to say, I have elected to cancel and go with a more reputable company. I suggest you steer clear and do the same. Photos of their extortion request and my reply attached.

The brand and adverts are all about insuring young women who have just passed. Just got my renewal and it is £5000 + (if paid monthly) to have my daughter on a golf insurance as a named driver. When she passed mid way through the year the policy increased hugely (maybe 150 per month) I swallowed hard and paid up expecting a big renewal cost but nothing approaching what appeared . It’s the disingenuous advertising that I find offensive frankly. It appears to me they are not a differentiated insurer they cannot offer competitive prices to young women beyond other providers, and it is therefore deceitful to brand themselves as that.
I also await the chat GPT reply (scroll through - I truly hope those are AI). I will ring tomorrow and discuss with them and gladly retract and replace this review if they come up with something sensible.

Absolutely appalling company.
My daughter has had an accident and now when trying to Claim they want £3500 additional premium because they say they weren’t informed she has a full driving license even though they have the date she passed on file. She was never insured by them before she had a full license.
A complete dishonest, disreputable company , just waiting to pray on vulnerable new drivers who are unlucky enough to make a mistake and have an accident!

My car was involved in a hit and run. Go Girl was absolutely brilliant. Sorted it straightaway without any issues. Received a courtesy car from the garage within a week.

When we made our policy we had to put in the date we obtained our licence, but it only gave us the option of it in years not a specified date. We just got a charge of £69 to change the actual date on the policy. These hidden fees are daylight robbery. Not only did they not give us the option to put in a specific date they then charge us to amend the document themselves but claim they have no admin fees.

Absolutely rubbish , been insured for a year, was in an accident, but apperantly my insurance weren’t valid because I was insured on a provisional license which to that I’ve been pulled over twice and both time my insurance was fine and was let go , they found anyway to not pay out , or make you pay loads , absolutely shocking insurance provider, oh 1 more thing apparently my insurance on a 1.2l corsa was £10,000 a year and I paid £2,200 so there trying to get £7.800 out of me, joke of a company
