Dreadful in every word. I saw they charged a high rate but I thought this might be the fact they do a good job. Pathetic in every way. Signed up in December to claim back fees from loans. I rang up for an update in January. They said one of my claims had requested further information in December they never let me know. The advisor said she had sent all information to the creditors I had listed. I rang up end of Jan for an update it turns out she had forgot to send out the paperwork. Incompetent/Useless..... The list could go on.

Be aware of Goldman's money making scheme regarding outstanding claims in relation to the HRMC. They'll not send you any details regarding the claim until it has been settled and will issue you with a fee. If I had known the amount the HRMC owed me it would not have been worth claiming, yet alone paying a fee for it. Definitely a money making scheme. They'll also continually hassle you until you sign the contract.

NEVER EVER use this disgusting sham of a "company". HMRC contacted me to say I was going to be awarded £199.00. These thieving scumbags took nearly 50%, and I was left with £100!!! If I'd done it myself I'd had got the whole lot. Do not make the same mistake I did. Read the reviews, they were speak for themselves.

HMRC have sent me a letter to say I have been overpaying tax and have sent cheque to GS who have told me they won’t send out cheque until after the 15th September even though they’ve received, as the HMRC make mistakes. But HMRC have confirmed how much was on the cheque. GS are only supposed to be taking 20% which they confirmed, but today I’m told 44% + vat why? On speaking to HMRC they are advising legal action. Do Not Use this Goldman Smith.

I would avoid this company. My claim has been going on for over 6 months. Constantly phoning me saying I need to sign another form. Never receive anything to sign. Said they will do it through email. Still haven't got an email. Now have a threatening letter saying they are charging me £300 for wasting their time. Hmmmm really. How can I sign something that I haven't got. Total harassment. Please do not use them.

I used this company to help me with my Pay day loans. Ended up being in more debt than I was. Fees came to over £1k. But none of my debt was handled. They also took me to court for the fees. So ended up with a CCJ. Please avoid. They prey on the vulnerable. Avoids to answer questions.

received a call telling me I had been awarded PPi from LLoyds Bank from a claim i made a year and a half ago of which i have no recollection, they then asked me to confirm my full bank details as well as full name DOB and current address! very suspicious I refused and asked them to confirm them to me as they must already have them if they have received a response from LLoyds, she confirmed the first two digits of sc being 77 which is most Lloyds banks sc start then when i asked for more info the line mysteriously cut off! went over to local bank got number for LLoyds PPI complaints called .....guess what .......no record of anything.

Their web site looks legit they give you the correct info you would want i.e. employee name and ID number although i didn't ask for this the lady was clearly not english speaking and neither were the others you could hear in the background but had a very English name "Amy Watson"
