I was unfortunate to lose the diamond out of my engagement ring luckily I found it by a miracle. I look it to my local jewellers and Helen was so helpful caring and reassuring.. I’m so glad it took it to Helen and the goldsmith because by far the best service I’ve experienced in a long time and now I have my bright shiny engagement ring back where it belongs it looks exactly like it did when my husband proposed (brand new).. thank you so much you can see how much work and passion that went into to fix xx

I recently bought my dream watch, an Omega Speedmaster Date. I needed the bracelet alternating, so obviously wanted to take it to a professional how would do so with care. Chris took this time with me and he adjusted the strap several times until I was happy with the fine.

My sausage fingers were becoming dangerously too tight for my wedding band and I wanted it enlarging.

Helen explained my options, stretching vs splicing and put me at ease with leaving my ring with them after not removing it for nearly 20 years.

I left the shop feeling confident that they would look after my ring and understood how important it was to me.

Around a week later it was ready for collection. Now it fits perfectly and was returned polished and looking like new.

Also for two rings for my wife rhodium coated. They also came back looking like new and she was very happy about it. Was charged £25 a ring which thigh was good value.

Great job by the in house jeweller how came speak to me to explain the work, great service by the Helen who is front of house.

Excellent service from Chris and Helen, my wedding ring was badly mis shaped and cracked and needed to be stronger . my original ring was used and adding to it Chris handmade my ring back to better then it was originally when It was bought 18 year ago

Goldsmiths carried out an adjustment on a bracelet for me. Really prompt service, great price and some gorgeous jewellery in stock too. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Went in with a metal bracelet watch that hadn't been purchased from Goldsmiths and I asked about having some links taken out, thinking it would cost at least £10 but the lady there informed me there was no charge. You very rarely get something for nothing these days ! Good old customer service 👏

Just collected my engagement and wedding ring and Wow!!!

They went above and beyond my expectations whilst remaining professional throughout my journey with them. They do everything here. Making jewellery/ links from watches and also battery replacement.
