Imagine the end of a rainbow, you find a pot, not filled with gold but prosecco, chocolate and a fab pair of shoes. This is my experience of dealing with Karen at Goldthorpe Insurance. No automated answer, no 'all our lines are busy' whilst having to listen to rubbish music. A real person answered the phone immediately! A warm, friendly voice who I immediately felt at ease with. Karen answered all my queries in a simplified, non jargon way that I could understand. Rather than keep me on hold waiting, she telephoned me back within 5 minutes. (Even though I said have a cup of tea and chocolate biscuit first, priorities!) She is professional and knowledgeable, every day's a learning day!, and it was a pleasure to speak with her. Because of Karen, I would highly recommend using Goldthorpe Insurance. Red, sparkly shoes optional!
