I can only give a review based on purchase of the policy as thankfully I did not need to make any claim during my holiday.
The policy was a fair price, it was easy to fill in the online forms and I liked that I could have all paperwork sent by post for a very small fee.

The only company which provides basic health insurance only, for regular visitors to the US who don't need the usual cancellation cover, etc. If you are sick, they respond quickly, though I've not yet needed to make a claim.

I couldn’t do the insurance on line so called the customer service number. Spoke to a very helpful lady who went through all the questions with me and went over the levels of insurance. I opted for platinum annual cover. I had gold annual cover last year but went a level higher this year and it was cheaper too.
Very happy with the service I received and the cover I have - considering the medical conditions I have I expected the cost to be much higher.

Very good price for the three months I’ll be in North America. First time I’ve had to get insurance by myself as my husband died a couple of weeks ago. Saying that, I had no problems, it was very quick and easy and much cheaper than other companies. Also, getting reminders about taking the phone number and policy number with you was sensible.

Surely, after paying for travel insurance, one shouldn’t have to pay extra for reporting a broken bone. Would it have cost the extra if my holiday had had to be cancelled?
