Couldn’t be happier.
Granted it took a while to get through, however that is expected when demand for insurance is high.
I spoke to a lovely guy called Loui, who arranged cover for me the same day, with a reasonable deposit and premium.
He listened to me, and assisted me with everything, much better than the insurer I’d originally gone with!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company!

I’ve had nothing but issues with this car insurance provider. First off, their prices are extremely expensive, far higher than competitors for the same level of coverage.

Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare. On multiple occasions, I was stuck in a queue for over two hours, and when I finally got through, no one could actually help me—just endless transferring and vague responses.

I took out a policy in January, paying an £800 deposit, but when I decided to cancel just a month later, they charged me an extra £100, despite only being insured for one month! There was no clear explanation, just more frustration.

To make things worse, their system is confusing and difficult to navigate, making even basic tasks unnecessarily complicated.

Overall, this company is a complete rip-off with terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Not the best prices...but anyway...that's not what I'm leaving a 1 star review but for the simple fact I asked for my claim NCB and it's been told to call when my cover is over and they'll give it to me....now I had to call few days in a row and spoke to different people and they put me on hold to a specific department to have the claim bonus sent through my email address...ca you people imagine this Terrible customer service; few days my insurance was about to expire i had probably around 5 phone calls from them to renew my policy with them for more money thn I was paying previously for a third party cover only 104£ a month... I didn't agreed so looked on-line and found a comprehensive cover for 67.08£ a month..... Now they messing about with me.... disgusting ! I put this up on my social.media so everyone can see and not have a cover with them, unless you like the hassle

Renewing my home insurance. Dealt with by Leslie, very efficient polite and clear with process and renewal. Explained everything well and answered all questions that I had. Excellent job.
Pleased with renewal cost for another year, as no massive hike in price as is often the case, which sends you you off looking elsewhere.

How has this company not been shut down. Been calling these incompetent people for the last 5 days for a simple document. On hold for over an hour and then told I will get a call back as this department can’t deal with the issue. No call back. Same thing again. If you have no life and don’t mind sitting around for someone to answer the phone then this is the company for you. Otherwise take your money and pay the extra for the less headache these ‘people’ are not worth it. Pay the extra money go else where.

I got a quote online which I was happy with. I called them and they asked for my Ref number, I started to give it and I was interrupted saying that's not it...it clearly was as I had it on my email. After going through all my details again on the phone, they gave me a different quote. This was over £100 per month more expensive than the online quote. I said this quote is nothing like the online quote I got, I was told the online quote is never guaranteed. He was very rude throughout the conversation. Avoid.

The most frustrating and disappointing customer service I have ever experienced. Spent the best part of 5 hours yesterday (5/2/25) on varies stages of hold with the most annoying music only interrupted occasionally by an operator to be told I was being transferred to the correct department again and again. Left another message with an operator explaining my frustration with my experience (and still no answer regarding policy or a courtesy car, leaving me stranded), to be told I would be added to a priority direct call back this morning. Still waiting!!!
