Always get great quotes from these guys on all the modified cars I've had, they beat the nearest competition on all 4 occassions I've used them over the past 2/3 years, and always been easy to cancel my policy when I've sold a car on to buy another (been through 3 cars this past 2 years due to various reasons, but I'm about to insure a 4th hopefully on Monday). I recommend to all who ask. 🙂

I have just taken out insurance for my modified motor car for the first time with this company. My phone call was answered promptly by Caroline,who was very polite and efficient. Just started with you last Saturday and I've already had a rude letter from you. I phoned and asked to speak to a S Shram and it's not possible to talk to him. Mileage has been sent but the damage is done now. Much like other insurance companies it's just about the money

I have been with this company for one year. Tried to renew my insurance for an upcoming craft fair but they could not find me on their database. Cannot renew yet anyway but I need the documents now for the craft fair. Will go elsewhere.
Thank you for your reply Graham - I also asked for a renewal form and what I needed to do as I needed a policy now for a craft fair I am going to on 2nd October 2022 and they wanted it immediately but this was totally ignored. I was not impressed by the communications I received. Your company was recommended by the guild and I will update them with y experiences.

I have found this company very helpful since switching to them a couple of years ago to insure my American conversion van. Over the last couple of days my emails to them have bounced and apparently they are closed today (Sunday). Probably it`s due to the virus. Apart from this non urgent attempt to contact them I`ve found them to be knowledgeable, helpful over the phone and importantly cheaper than other companies that I`ve tried. (Why I switched). I`m confident to recommend Sykes for American cover.

EXTREMELY RUDE staff on the phone. I've never been so disgusted in my life whilst talking professionally on the phone. We spoke to Caroline and I think her telephone manner needs sorting out.
