The advice i got was first class, everything was explained clearly and all question were answered to our satisfaction, the advisor John Crichton was very friendly, polite and helpful, understanding what we wanted to do and helped us be able to do achieve it,he kept us informed from start to finish and always willing to answer questions, so we never felt alone which was reassuring, even when something came up at the last minute which could have been a problem he got it sorted quickly (nothing to do with John's advice or company) all in all a very pleasant experience from an advisor that really seems to care about you and your needs. Even when it came to payment they sent an invoice but that was it, the only time it came up again really was when everything was complete. So to some up, i would recommend John and the company he works for and have,i couldn't be happier

John Crichton was fantastic. Really explained everything in great detail. Always available to ask questions. It’s a very daunting thing when you don’t know what you’re doing in regards pensions etc but John really knows his stuff.
