You can take a shower and come back before anyone answers your phone if they ever answer it. Wonder why i chose to insure my car with them. Zero customer service. Wonder how they are still operating with such a horrible service.

Terrible insurers. They have a renewal trap that if you miss the junk email they send can renew your policy when not requested.Poor customer service and no easy way to communicate unless you wait 30-45 minutes to get directed to a website. Don’t buy

Absolutely horrendous!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Their staff have a disgusting attitude and argumentative- they speak over and you speak like they’re off a council estate shouting over the back fence.

Each month I make payments to them and they reckon my payments go missing - I have to send in proof every time of my bank statements and each time it takes about an hour and a half. They’re the biggest pain ever!!!

I had to just end the call and call again to get another representative as I had a lady arguing with me down the phone like a commoner!! They want to get some customer service training!!!!! Can’t wait for my policy to be ended so that I can go elsewhere

AVOID like the plague. Wish I’d read these reviews before signing up for house insurance. Customer service is non existent. Any chance they get they will charge you extra money and be as awkward as possible. It’s definitely worth paying a little extra to go with a more reputable professional company who don’t treat their customers like Graphite do. I’d dread dealing with this company if I needed to make a genuine claim.

Absolutely disgusting company!! For some reason it was not letting Me make a payment online so I contacted them by the form they provide you to contact them, they didn’t bother getting back in touch, sent Me a ‘reminder’ email late at night, which I did not see till the next morning, to tell Me I had 3 hours to pay. I woke up to My policy cancelled although I’d told them days before there was a problem their end & My payment wasn’t going through!

Awful company. Charge £25 every time I go over a mileage allowance that I can’t change as Impossible to get through to anyone. My direct debit bounced once even though the money was in my account and was hit with a late payment charge I had to pay.
