What a scam made me pay 10 monthly instalments of £500 and the next 2 month I was meant to pay nothing as it was a year finance agreement. As soon as I paid my last payment they cancelled my policy just before Christmas leaving me with 7 days to get a new policy. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Really bad company paid 2000 and than they descide to cancel my policy and took 700 so be very careful with this company

Granite / Haven insurance company are scammers DO NOT TAKE ANY INSURANCE WITH THEM they took away my business partners 9 years no claims bonus. In 2022 we took a policy from haven / Granite first time ever using this company for insurance previously with AXA me and my business partner had 9 years no claim bonus each at renewal in 2023 we realised that this company is a scam and decided to go back with AXA when it came time to send out no claims bonus which should be 10 years now as we made no claims they refuse to issue no claims for my business partner and issue me with 7 years no claims bonus.
I read a review from a former employee of this company stating this company is a scam and warning people not to us them STAY AWAY

Absolutely outraged with the service and the audacity this company has. After paying £500 first initial payment and monthly payments of over £400 - they sent an email asking for documents which was provided accordingly. Apparently a contract of employment and payslip is not sufficient evidence to prove my employment as a barber. After going back and forth for the past couple days they have decided today to cancel my policy after 1 week of purchasing it and will only refund me £100 of my initial deposit, that will also take up to 30 days for the refund.

Appealing customer service although I cannot blame the broker as they are not the ones insuring me but nevertheless very unhappy with the actual insurance company. I feel as though I have been robbed broad daylight. I have genuine PTSD from this experience with insurance companies. Please stay away from this company.

Rip off!!!! The only ones that do food delivery insurance other than Zego, take full advantage, after cancelling still want a month's worth installment, considering taken 2 in first month, you don't even earn as much do stay clear, stick to business insurance!!

Steal money from you, add BOGIS CHARGES OF 50 QUID TO YOUR BILL, never take the money when there supposed too and ene up charging u late fees.
AVOID THIS COMPANY, I'd rather get Corona that suffer anymore with this bs company any longer. Sooner my no claims is complete I'm OUTTA HERE., never looking back .

Wasted 8 hrs of my life trying to get a cover note to rent a car from enterprise, which in the end could not do anything and now instead of getting a courtisey car as I need a car for work, I'll have to book off holiday instead whilst my car is being repaired, not going with these guys again,

Ontop of that, my insurance company is Haven, they send me to granite, which send me to quote detectives which send me to haven which send me granite which send me to quote detectives... 8hrs!!! Not in one session but, 2x, all I needed was a cover note to get a courtesy car!! Not going with these guys again
