Giles and the GRD team were very helpful throughout our house purchase process - it took us quite a while to secure a property and each time Giles was quick, proactive and clear in getting us what we needed in a friendly and timely manner. Me and my partner are first time buyers so did not have the slightest clue about buying a house. Jess helped us so much and took a lot of stress off us finding a mortgage as we had a lot of issues finding a lender due to certain circumstances.
Jess did a great job and I would highly recommend her service. She is certainly very knowledgeable and has many good contacts which helped. Jess talked us through the process thoroughly and was there for us if we had any questions or concerns and helped us through a very stressful experience.
I would like to thank Jess for helping us secure everything in such a short space of time as we did not expect to find our dream house so quickly!
