I found their Customer service extremely dissapointing and the delays in preparing and issuing my final report avoidable (Weeks not days). The reason being due to various staff being on annual leave.. The high fees charged do not reflect the level of customer service you would expect, with the management showing a complete lack of empathy for my situation.

They were very professional and helped us determine exactly what we needed to get resolved by others involved in the application overall. This was a great help. They also worked hard to help us meet some tight deadlines - which was appreciated.
