Such a friendly team and an easy pain free experience. I have mostly dealt with Adam and he is brilliant however the rest of the team are also a credit to greenlight. I've been with various insurance companies and usually do find myself back with greenlight for my personal preference they are one of the best 10/10 always happy to answer any questions and queries to provide a top notch experience.

Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Was required to supply more documentation than any other insurer I've ever used, I didn't supply the correct thing for one part and didn't understand how to correct this so my insurance was cancelled. To avoid having a cancellation on my record I had to cancel it myself and ended up paying half of my annual renewal fees for 1 month of cover. The person I talked to on the phone literally told me "what do I expect". Only went with greenlight as I'd been recommended by a friend. Will not be doing the same, really bad experience. Back to Adrian Flux!

Used them a couple of times in the past and just renewed with them for the next year. Brilliant for modified cars (like mine in the picture) Service is great with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely use again in the future.

Put in some details to get a quote as my renewal was a joke. Got a call from a chap who was a complete gentleman, had a fantastic quote for me in 15 mins. Also spoke with a nice lady named Nikki.

The customer service is absolutely top notch and your staff are absolutely fantastic and helpful. Best insurer I've ever dealt with.

I have been a customer of Greenlight Insurance since 2022, and I have 2 cars insured with them. The price has been a lot cheaper than anywhere else I have tried for a modified vehicle and my personal details such as my age. The company is very attentive and they are quick with responses, you can speak to someone on the phone with short wait times rather than a robot like most companies use now. 10/10

Spoke to Adam from Greenlight seemed rude from the get go I wasn’t aware live quotes were a “purchase now” deal over the phone which was fine more and likely an error on my side but was extremely arrogant regarding this I thought that was price was fair and was happy it take my first policy if I wasn’t treated so terribly. I recommended my mum to call up regarding a price for her car see if they could find a better matched policy for her new car and refused a quote on her details again not an issue at all but she rang me upset saying how rude the chap was and made her feel stupid for asking for a modified car insurance quote which again not sure why it would be an issue.
