So dissapointed with this accountant!
May be better for others thats but not the experience I've had whilst using them. Always busy, never returned calls, didn't send documents over that they'd promised, never available to offer advice and misinformed the Inland Revenue about my working status costing me a (un)fair old whack too!!

Perhaps this accountant is not suited to business start-ups or complex working statuses?
Talk the talk - and really look the part - but not what I'd expect from an accountant by any stretch!
