After receiving lots of conflicting advice from other environmental companies which resulted in additional costs and timescales a friend recommended Dan. He fully explained the process we needed to undertake and our Phase III report was put together which was accepted by planning and allowed us finally to move forward with our project. Dan was amazing. Phoned up for a phase 1 report and was unaware of anything, put the phone down feeling like I could do the job myself. Was given amazingly quick turnaround and the quote given was adhered too. Had some troubles with payments due to personal life troubles but Dan stepped up again and helped me through it all. The report was detailed enough to fill a library and honestly could not ask any more. His colleague Frank who came to undertake a walk over was so friendly and helped me through the process and made me feel I made the right decision with who to go with.
