They take your money and then sail you off down the road to other companies when a non fault claim happens.
They, in turn, just don't care unless you're Injured and need a hire van.
Good thing I'm honest and did absolutely everything to keep this non fault claim as cheap as possible to save all our premiums.

7 months on, van not fixed and having to take them to The Financial Ombudsmen.

I can see why people scream whip lash and milk it for everything they can now, at least something happens and your Van gets repaired in a timely manner.

Rear ended while stationary, all caught on Dash Cam and they do nothing.

This insurance company is an absolute disgrace. I have been told to wait 30 days for a refund after they said they couldn't Insure me after a change of vehicle. And from what I have read, I probably won't get a refund after this length of time. Please avoid this company if you have the opportunity to purchase from them. I think they are rip off merchants. I wouldn't even give them 1 star because they don't deserve any.
Please refund my money what I should have straight away.

I have been using Grove and Dean now for a number of years. I always find dealing with them very straightforward, and they offer a good service. I spoke with Vicky this morning, as I needed to change some details, and she explained everything very clearly, and helped me with some additions that will really benefit me. Sometimes the whole experience of trawling through the price comparison websites is truly grim, so to pay a small broker's fee to have someone else do it is well worth it! They also include breakdown insurance, which is a bonus. Taken all round, I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Renewing my insurance and needed to confirm a couple of points. Opened up webchat and was connected with Emily within 1 - 2 minutes. Emily was helpful, knowledgeable and quickly answered all of my questions. No fuss, job done, great customer service.

I added recovery to my van insurance. Van wouldn’t start 30 miles from home. Phoned the number, automated system told me to press one. 25 minutes later a recovery vehicle was with me. Got my van going in 5 mins.

Insured with them for my motorcycle. They cancelled my policy and charged me 55 £ for cancellation. I havent still got the balance refund till date. Scammers.
Update : Now its been more than 30 days and i have still not received my refund. No emails replied as to why it takes 30 days to refund. This is how they steal legally.
More Update : they only refunded 40£. Only if I had time to sue them.
