I cannot thank Grove Pension Solutions Ltd enough! From the outset to completion, my mind has been put at rest throughout. I had to make a very difficult decision with regard my pension recently due to ill-health / a terminal illness.

Extremely grateful to Grove Pension Solutions who transferred my deferred pension which I had been unable to do with other pension companies. They were very polite and professional from start to finish explaining everything in away I could understand. I contacted Grove regarding my 4 pensions, 1 a defined benefit and 3 defined contribution. Very happy with the speed of the service, excellent communication from day 1. I had some first class advice and would not hesitate to recommend them if you want to start the road to accessing your pensions. First class. It is your money so make sure it works for you.

Initially things seemed positive with Grove and communication was good. Unfortunately this did not last long. I was doing a pension transfer with them, as it turned out a huge, stressful, costly mistake. They took months longer than originally suggested which ended up costing me many thousands of pounds in lost valuation of transfer fund. Communication was very poor and most milestone targets missed. They also made various mistakes in the process but never admitted liability, instead choosing to take even longer with ‘reviews’ of what seemed like their own reviews. I could under no circumstances recommend this company.

I heard Grove Pension Services (GPS) were good & I didn't realise they would be a perfect fit for my Financial Service.
They informed me of the process & true to their word. I had a named advisor throughout whom firmly held my hand to guide me through. My advisor, like clockwork contacted me every 2 weeks & replied to every email within a short time.
I cannot speak highly enough of their service as they are brilliant. I have several different members of staff for different parts of the process & they were all lovely, just like my advisor.
I don't write reviews nor do I advise anyone via this forum but GPS have been & are EXCELLENT!
