Whilst this review is a little late, we wanted to make sure we acknowledged the fantastic level of service and support that we received from Matthew Jaques at Haart when selling our property.

When Matthew came to value our property he invested significant time explaining the market and changes over recent months/years and his knowledge was really evident and reassuring as we hadn’t been through the process before. Matthew stayed in regular contact with us until we were in a position to sell and once we were we immediately reached out to him.

We had already viewed a house and put in a provisional offer so we were keen to sell quickly, Matthew was brilliant with arranging the photos and listing within the same day and ensured that before committing to any viewings he had checked potential buyers were in the position to make an offer. Matt nailed it - the first viewing that had been scheduled was a success and our property sold for the asking price within 2 days of listing.

We really just wanted to highlight again how grateful we were for the support through the entire process from the valuation, to the sale to even supporting on our purchase despite it being via another estate agents!

I joined with haart as they were well known in the area of where I live and I believed they would get me a quick sale which I was after. The first agent who no longer works for haart made me promises but then under delivered and left the agency and stopped all contact with me. I called myself to find out he’d left and then found a new agent from the same company but different office who made more progress and actually kept me a bit more updated. He found buyers and a sale was done. I did all the viewings myself which wasn’t ideal or my choice but for easy life I did it despite paying a fee which I’d like to think would give me a whole package. At this point I started to lose faith in the agent and haart as yet again contact stopped and was left in the dark a lot. All I knew is 2 people I’d met out an offer and I accepted. Then silence, no direction no support. Time passed by and I called Ipswich branch to see where we at sale wise to be told that yet again that agent wasn’t dealing with my file anymore. This led me to meet Stuart from felixstowe branch who I can only say should be running haart as the service I got really was 3rd time lucky, he was prompt, understanding, effective in his approach and actually didn’t leave me guessing. I got a polite, friendly service from that I can only of hoped I’d had him from
Day 1 and then my review star rating would be 5. The score reflects the whole service which is no reflection on Stuart as an agent but really the other members should’ve valued my business more. Would I use haart again, I would only if I knew Stuart was dealing with my file, and can’t criticise his other colleagues who I’ve not met or worked with so again haart may have more like Stuart. Thanks Stuart for your last minute wisdom and help and your a credit to the haart brand which I hope is recognised from the powers that be.
