Stuck in Cairngorms with flat battery. Friendly Shaun rang to let us know when he was going to arrive. Got the car started and explained the problem. 5 stars if Hadleigh had been for accurate with their estimate of arrival (started 2:30 but arrival 5:30).

My car broken down today I was stuck in the middle of nowhere I called Hadlegh brake down recovery the woman operator was very useful and sympathetic towards me. I have a blood condition [Sickle-cell trait] that makes me freeze. And can be life threatening in this weather below minus she was soon as she sent a breakdown recovery lorry. Hadleigh managed the breakdown service provided through my insurer Adrain Flux. this covered European breakdown. Although when i broke down in France i was refused assistance, I then stuck on the side of the motorway had to make our own arrangements. Its been told to me a few time it was someone new on the phone and they are sorry which is okay, mistakes happen but when Hadleigh offered me £75 compensation when the real cost of hotels, breakdown, flights, repatriation of the car back home was more like £1500 its like being slapped in the face. Months later Hadleigh are now trying to justify the phone operatives actions by saying that it now wasn't a mistake that theres a technical issue with the age of the vehicle to why its not covered.(as its a classic car but i paid for classic car insurance with classic car breakdown cover) Basically just trying to wiggle out of paying anything. When someone cant keep the story straight and try anything to get of paying anything close to fair compensation, avoid them.

Absolute scam artists. AVOID. They sent out recovery not telling me there would be an additional cost and then sent me a bill, when I wouldn't have agreed to them coming out had I known there would be additional cost. Now threatening to send me to debt collectors, terrible customer service skills!

An absolute shambles of a company. Unprofessional and rude. Left me and my children stranded in the cold for over 4 hours, with no communication or apology. I will be insisting that Adrian Flux stop dealing with them

Sending me invoices and setting debt collection agencies on me when I have no contract or agreement with them - They didn't even recover my vehicle, which was included in my insurance. Useless thieves
