What a lovely team at the Highworth Branch. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so professional, helpful and gave good advice. After the thorough eye test I was handed over to Vicky whose suggestion for glasses were spot on. Thank you.

I did some research after not receiving the customer care I believe I should have got from an optician which is part of a large chain. From the initial phone call I received in response to my email, to the time my appointment ended, I can only say that customer care at Haine & Smith Highworth is superior to any other opticician I have ever attended. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have a thorough eye test, as well as being welcomed by a very friendly team. They really do care. Absolutely amazing!!

I can’t thank Haines an Smith in Highworth enough.
I went for a a routine eye exam, Mark the optician realised I had a serious problem and immediately got me an appointment the same day at the hospital.
I was diagnosed with a large pituitary tumour and 6 weeks later I had surgery to remove it, my eye sight is recovering and the tumour has completely gone.
The aftercare at Haines and Smith has been fantastic, the team there have been caring and professional.
The moral of the story is to have regular eye tests even if you don’t think you need them and go to an optician the cares and not one that just wants to get you through as fast as possible.
