Gave good advice and clarity to a subject I knew very little about. Extremely patient when answering all of my numerous questions. The process and options explained thoroughly in meetings where I eventually understood everything at the time . Impossible to remember every detail discussed in the meetings but I was given paperwork with every detail in that I can now refer to and understand.
