I highly recommend Lara. She has amazing knowledge and skills and in the past has completely cured very bad pain in my lower back as well as helping me with a number of other problems. After my initial treatment for chronic lower back pain 3 years ago I have remained a regular patient. Lara has helped me with many issues some self inflicted some just ware and tear. I have maintained a good quality of life good movement thanks to Lara. Highly recommend.

Lara is amazing, absolute game changer for my son who had always hated walking, cycling etc (even from a toddler we always had to carry him everywhere) as he was always in pain, neck, random leg, ankle and knee pain that had progressed upwards to include his hips by the age of 11, on the brink of giving up rugby due to 'my hip feels like its dislocated'. Previously he'd seen physio, normal chiropractor and osteopath, oh and had his hips x-rayed by NHS, I thought I'd tried everything all to no real avail, I had almost given up but was then told that my son had retained neonatal reflexes by a handwriting specialist and so sought Lara out, seriously the improvement was significant and rapid, I drive my son 50 mins either way to see Lara, I'd drive three times that if I needed to ( and so would my son who normally winges at long car journeys). My son now cycles 3 miles to school and back every day, has been selected for the A team at rugby (which he now loves) and we can go walking as a family without it being miserable. Thankyou Lara!! Oh and the treatment holds, unlike everything else we had tried before that may have seen small temporary improvements to some aspects.

I had been suffering with Migraines, frozen shoulder and back pain for months. I had seen my GP numerous times as no medication seem to relieve my issues. After seeing Lara at Hands On Health I am now migraine free. I am still receiving on going treatment but I am confident I am will be back to normal in no time as I am already seeing the results in only after 4 sessions. I highly recommend her as she listens to you and explains things in simple terms. She is not rough or hard on the body, she used simple and soft approaches which really did put my mind at rest.
