Hanston Ltd is my only choice for car repair! They are very patient and do everything with their heart to provide you with a full range of services! You get the best skills and technology at a reasonable cost! They were great for my car repairs, they used cost saving solutions and faster times. When I got back to the car, I was surprised by some of the extras, such as a dust-free interior cleaning and plastic wrap to protect the seats and carpets. The wheels and trim were waxed too! I am beyond impressed with the service at Hanstons and will never go anywhere else again! After my brand-new car was bumped in the car park at work, I had to go through the insurance process for the first time. Naturally, I was nervous about the outcome, especially with my car being so new, and I was quite upset.

A friend from my gym recommended Hanstons, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Scott, who was incredibly helpful. He asked me to come in for an assessment, and the whole process was so smooth sailing from there. Every single interaction was just perfect. They were quick to provide a quote and handle all the insurance paperwork without me even getting involved. Even though my rental car pickup was 40 miles away, Hanstons had my car repaired in just three days! I was so grateful they sorted this for me in time.

The level of service they provide is truly on another level. Not only did they fix my car, but they also went the extra mile by valeting it inside and out! Plus, they were able to fix something on my car that had been bothering me for a long time. I can’t recommend them enough and will never go anywhere else!

Hanstons has done a good job on fixing my bumper, near perfect, very reasonably priced, people there are friendly and can give good advice. They won’t over charged and I saw a lady who had a crash this morning and came with panic, the staff is very helpful and tries to soothe her immediately. Nice people nice workmanship. We took our car in to Hanstons on the 1st February for repair to the offside front wing and light fitting after it was damaged in a collision.
Hanstons dealt with the insurance assessors and administration details very quickly and efficiently. They couldn't have been more helpful, pleasant and competent. We picked our car up a week later in immaculate condition, repaired, valeted and thoroughly checked over. It looked like new! We wouldn't hesitate to use their first class services again.
