The procedures was introduced by my Equity Release Advisor Chris Brooks. Chris was patient in his step by step guidance with assurance that there was no commitment or charges until everything is successful and the funds transferred into my account. I am an elderly person with my hearing impaired so telephone consultation would have been stressful. Chris visited me several times to take me through the stages and what would be most beneficial to me. Chris listened and understood all aspects of what I want. It took awhile for me to accept this idea of Equity Release but I am please to have done. This has allowed me to help my daughter to realised her home too. After all, there is point in waiting till I am gone to help your love ones. I felt I was in safe hands with no hard sell by Chris of Harbour Equity Release.

Chris is a truly independant expert (in our case on equity release). He was able to discover the reality from a scenario that our existing agent/advisor was unable to find (other than to refuse fund release), and he was then able to find and propose several ways to proceed . There was never any pressure or ushering us towards favored products/offer (it really is unbiased, solid financial advice he gives), and throughout this process the integrity, and trust was really reassuring.
